We stand behind the quality of our customized medicine kits. Read our policies on returns, refunds, and pauses.
1. Broken Bottle Transit Guarantee
Homeopathic dilutions are packed in glass bottles. We protect all formulations using shock-proof, radiation-shielded double-bubble wrapping.
2. Medicine Returns Policy
Due to clinical safety, hygiene, and formulation purity standards under the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, **opened or unsealed custom medicine kits cannot be returned**.
Returns are only accepted for unopened, completely sealed, and undamaged health supplements or general wellness items within 7 days of delivery.
3. Subscription Pauses & Cancellations
You can pause, modify, or cancel your recurring medicine kit subscription at any time by messaging our pharmacist on WhatsApp. If a cycle has already been compiled, packaged, and handed over to our shipping courier, the cancellation will apply from the next scheduled cycle.
4. Refund Processing Time
Once a refund is approved (either for cancelled cycles before dispatch or transit damages), it is processed directly back to your original payment source (UPI or Bank Transfer).
- UPI payments: Refund settles in 1 to 2 business days.
- Bank transfers: Settlement takes 3 to 5 business days depending on your bank.
