1. Custom Kit Subscriptions & Availability
Meducil operates as a custom medicine kit consultation and scheduled delivery platform under **A2Z VERSION PVT. LTD.** All dilutions, tablets, and drops compiled in our kits are sourced from certified manufacturers. Formulations are subject to laboratory availability, and we reserve the right to offer substitutes after discussing details with the customer.
2. User Obligations & Consultations
By subscribing, you confirm that you are sharing valid prescriptions or required medicine lists verified by a registered medical practitioner. Subscriptions are created on behalf of patients (seniors, chronic patients, or children under caregiver supervision).
3. Scheduled Deliveries & broken bottle guarantee
Deliveries are dispatched on a recurring cycle (monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, or yearly) depending on your selected plan. Transit times are managed by third-party logistics partners. Our **Broken Bottle Guarantee** covers any transit damage and must be reported via WhatsApp to 7846969508 within 48 hours for immediate replacement.
4. Modifications to Subscriptions & Terms
We reserve the right to modify subscription policies, delivery schedules, and discount offers. Subscriptions can be paused, modified, or cancelled at any time by connecting with our pharmacist team.
